As a mom the core is the one area that certainly takes the most damage during pregnancy. But it is also vital to regain that strength the correct way to prevent injury and maximize results. 

If you are someone who suffers from chronic back pain this is also an area of focus to strengthen your muscles to support you back. 

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the most effective ways to do that!

As a runner this style of workouts has helped to quicken my pace, prevent injury, and tone in ways I never dreamed possible.

Cardio workouts are also very important for heart health & provide many emotional benefits as well. 

The best part is these moves are fast and do not last more than a minute. With short bursts you can get maximum results in shortest amount of time.
