Whether you are brand new to running or a current runner looking to improve your performance I can help you.
We have a structured 30 day plan that combines strength training, running, and nutrition to help you get maximum results.
I will also help you customize your running if you are looking to train for a specific race.

READY TO START PREPPING?
Here are a few simple running workouts that you can try to start getting into running.
If you aren't able to run yet, then you can simply walk.
We will teach you proper form and technique in our 30 day training program. You'll also receive strength training programs to improve performance and prevent injury.
I ran Division II college track & cross country while pursuing my nursing degree!
Running has been a huge part of my life and a passion of mine. I have hosted and organized dozens of charity 5K events in the last 10 years and I could not be more excited to bring this opportunity to all of you.
After the birth of my first child I had to take my longest running break due to pelvic floor issues. I did not have the tools or training to know how to safely return to running. Thankfully, we have also launched a brand new program specific for pregnant and postpartum moms to teach you how to safely run and return during your pregnancy years so if you can enjoy running you don't get the injuries I did!
I have ran multiple 1/2 marathons with a PR of 1 hour 43 minutes, my PR for a 5K is 20:21, & my favorite track event was the 4x800!!
I am so excited to bring this program to you and help you safely fall in love with running like I have!!
