I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU HERE!
My name is Ashley! I am a retired nurse practitioner who has been an online health and wellness coach for the last 3 years. I am a former college track & cross country athlete who is very passionate about running and women's health.
Next month I am so excited to finally be launching my very first running program!
I am looking for women who wish to be an online running coach with me and help me walk others through this 30 day running program.
The program is completed for you. We will have guided runs which teach proper form & technique for maximum results and to prevent injury in addition to 5 days a week of strength training workouts.
You will gain access to both of my nutrition courses so we can also help our clients dive into nutrition and learn the proper way to eat without being on a diet!
Most of all we are going to create an online community where our clients can check-in, ask questions, support one another, & keep each other accountable.
Finally, at the end of the program I will coordinate a virtual 5K and we can all celebrate our hard work together!
Are you interested in the health and fitness side, but not exactly a lover of running? No problem, I mentor and train coaches who want to utilize other methods of exercise including HIIT training, strength training, yoga, Barre, boxing, dance, and more!

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME!!!
Before babies running was my favorite exercise that provided so much in my life. During my postpartum journey with my son I suffered severe pelvic floor dysfunction and had to stop running. It wasn't until I found home HIIIT workouts that I was finally able to get the cardio I wanted at home without running.
It was an added plus that I could do it with my son by my side.
I was then introduced to a nutrition program that completely transformed my results. I had suffered with eating disorders for years and this finally gave me the tools to overcome that and have food freedom and manage my PCOS.
I found I didn't have to starve myself to lose weight & I actually got abs for the first time in my life AFTER having a baby!
Now I have been able to safely introduce running back in and we have even designed an entire pregnancy and postpartum program to help moms prevent and treat pelvic floor issues and get them back to the activities they love!
I am so excited to share all these tools with you! It has been such a blessing to be able to take all of my loves and be at home raising my babies! Mentoring other coaches is one of my biggest passions and I can't wait to share more with you!
