We will use light weights and resistance bands for extra toning and strengthening. Our favorite feature is the daily "I AM" motivational cards to focus on a total mind and body transformation!

NUTRITION PLANS

While this program is low intensity it will still be working your muscles!! Proper nutrition will be vital to fueling your body and maximizing results. We are going to teach you how to eat in a way that is not restrictive and lets you discover what foods work best for your body. We are going to break the cycle of dieting, emotional eating, and yoyo results. 

We will help you learn how to eat on the go, eat at parties, meal prep, and make simple and filling meals that your whole family will love. For more details please click the button below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When can I access this program?

A: VIP early release will release December 3rd and our pilot test group will begin January 13th. Regular customers will have access June, 2020.

 

Q: What if I want to start sooner?

A: You can start now! I have created an exclusive plan with workouts to prepare you for this program. You can also start working through our nutrition course now so you are fully ready to commit when we start our bootcamp. CLICK HERE TO APPLY. 

 

Q: What equipment is needed?

A: A light set of dumbbells (1-5 lbs) and resistance resistance loops are required for this program. Optional items include barre socks and workout mat. *All items can be included with your bootcamp package. You do NOT need a barre to complete this program.

 

Q: Is there a meal plan?

A: Yes! Check out our PEACEFUL PLATE PROJECT.

 

Q: What if I'm not in shape?

A: If it has been a while since you've exercised we may want to start with another program first. This program is intense and we want to set you up for success. Workouts will not be starting until October 14th, so if you join early we can create an individualized program to have you ready to start with us. 

 

Q: How long is the program?

A: Workouts are 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 8 weeks. You will have 40 unique real-time workouts to complete. 

 

Q: Who is the trainer? 

A: Barre Blend creator Elise Joan is a former professional dancer who has taught barre-based fitness and yoga for over a decade. She’s an inspirational mind/body professional with multiple fitness certifications and co-creator of the Beachbody® program 3 Week Yoga Retreat. She has been a wellness expert and host with Lifetime Television, ABC News, E!, Extra, CBS News, and Amazon.com, among others. Known for her positive, joy-filled teaching style, Elise is excited to bring her love of dance and movement to even more people with Barre Blend.

Q: Is there a modifier for the program?

A: YES! There is a modifier so if you are brand new, recovering from an injury, or newly postpartum we have everything you need!
