With a Masters Degree in Nursing and a lifelong love of health and fitness I believe whole heartedly in the importance of healthy exercise and nutrition. My passion is helping others find simple routines they can consistently maintain so that they can live a long, happy, and healthy life!
As a college track and cross country runner I still have a passion for running and you could call me a cardio junkie! I love to do high intensity interval training (HIIT) and still enjoy runs with my son, family bike rides, and taking my home workouts outside to enjoy the beautiful southern weather.
