Amoila Cesar is one of the worlds most sought after trainers and he's ready to train YOU! These 36 unique workouts are designed to help you build strength, tone, increase endurance, maximize, power, and become your best version.
Workouts combine lifting, agility, cardio, and mobility moves. This is meant to be an intense program for those who are ready to step up to the challenge!
The program is intended to be completed 6 days a week, for 6 weeks. Workouts are typically 45 minutes in length.
With the intensity of these workouts proper nutrition will be vital to fueling your body and maximizing results. We are going to teach you how to eat in a way that is not restrictive and lets you discover what foods work best for your body. We are going to break the cycle of dieting, emotional eating, and yoyo results.

Q: When can I access this program?
A: VIP early release will release September 30th and our pilot test group will begin October 7th. Regular customers will have access April, 2020.
Q: What if I want to start sooner?
A: You can start now! I have created an exclusive plan with workouts to prepare you for this program. You can also start working through our nutrition course now so you are fully ready to commit when we start our bootcamp. CLICK HERE TO APPLY.
Q: What equipment is needed?
A: A light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells, resistance loops, and sliders are required for this program. Optional items include a chin-up bar and workout mat. *All items can be included with your bootcamp package.

Q: What if I'm not in shape?
A: If it has been a while since you've exercised we may want to start with another program first. This program is intense and we want to set you up for success. Workouts will not be starting until October 14th, so if you join early we can create an individualized program to have you ready to start with us.

A: Workouts are 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 6 weeks. You will have 36 unique real-time workouts to complete.
Q: Who is the trainer?
A: Amoila Cesar is a NASM and NCCPT certified personal trainer with clients ranging from pro athletes to celebrities to regular, everyday people. He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from the University of Central Florida. This is his first collaboration with Beachbody. He was handpicked to create 6 Weeks of THE WORK because of his intense training regimens, the results he’s achieved with his clients, and his motivating, tough-love workout style.
Q: Is there a clean version of these workouts?
A: YES!! Whether curse words are not your style or your kiddos will be around while you exercise there is an option for a clean version.
